Personal Data We Process
Scout Mobility processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you provide this information to us. - Gender
- Address, postal code, and place of residence or establishment
- Phone number
- Email address
- Bank account number (IBAN)
- Exclusively for staff: their Citizen Service Number (BSN), marital status, and a copy of ID
Scout Mobility does not process any special and/or sensitive personal data.
Why We Need Your Data
Scout Mobility processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- To contact you if necessary to perform our services; this may arise from an agreement we have entered into with you or because we are legally obligated to do so.
- To inform you about changes to our services and products; this may also arise from an agreement we have entered into with you or because we are legally obligated to do so.
- Scout Mobility also processes personal data when required by law, such as data needed for our tax return.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Scout Mobility will not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. Once an agreement with you has been fully handled, and you have not registered as a returning customer, we will destroy all data except for the invoice and possibly the notification to the National Waste Registration Center. These data are subject to a legal retention period of seven years.
Sharing with Others
Scout Mobility does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it to third parties if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation, such as reporting to the National Waste Registration Center in the case of collecting rubble and/or recycling. With companies processing your data on our behalf, we enter into a data processing agreement to ensure at least the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
Your Rights
You have the right to view, correct, temporarily suspend the processing, or have your personal data deleted. You can send a request for insight, correction, or deletion to info@scoutmobility.nl, addressed to the management. To ensure that the request for insight is made by you, please include a copy of your identity card with the request. In this copy, we ask you to black out your photo and Citizen Service Number (BSN) to protect your privacy. Scout Mobility will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks. Please note that we may not delete some data due to a legal retention obligation, for example, under tax legislation. Scout Mobility does not use automated individual decision-making.

Scout Mobility takes the protection of your data seriously and takes adequate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
